For private sellers and dealers – does not count towards the flat-rate quota:

90 days. After that it is paused – you can reactivate it at any time (possibly paid again if no flat-rate quota is left). If it is not renewed, we permanently delete it together with its photos 30 days after expiry; we remind you by email beforehand.

No. You only pay for single listings or a flat-rate package. Nothing renews automatically.
